My Aunt and I went to downtown Salt Lake and took some AWESOME photos of the Cathedral of the Madeleine, the First Presbyterian Church and Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Here are a few of the photos. I will try and post them all on Facebook tonight when I get home:) The tree in one of the photos was struck by lightning. It was pretty cool looking. Let me know what you think please:)

I'm going to be heading downtown this weekend to take some photos of architecture and stuff. So I might be posting a few more for some opinionage:)

Some opinions are needed

I'm thinking about entering some photos in the Utah State Fair. I need some opinions though so PLEASE COMMENT...pretty please with sugar on top. I'm thinking about entering these two photos. Let me know what you think.

Charlaine Harris: Dead until Dark

I LOVE True Blood and after much thought decided I would give the Sookie Stackhouse Series a chance. Dead Until Dark follows Sookie Stackhouse, a barmaid who lives in Bon Temps, Louisiana. Sookie is special, she can read people's minds...it's more like hearing people's thoughts. She is working one night at Merlotte's when Bill Compton enters the bar. Bill is a vampire (que the drama music!). Vampires have officially come out of the coffin so to speak. Sookie's parents were killed when she was a little girl so she went to live with her Gran and has a brother named Jason (he is a bit of a man whore.). After Sookie meets Bill mysterious things start to happen in Bon Temps. Someone is killing women who like to hang out with vampires and in the vampire bars. There is a string of interesting characters in this book. Arlene (a friend of Sookies that works with her at Merlottes), Sam (the owner of Merlottes who has a secret of his own), Andy Bellfleur (works for the local Police Department), and many, many more! If you haven't seen the True Blook READ THE BOOKS FIRST! I really truly wish I would have read the books before watching True Blood!!! The book is a bit boring, especially since I've ruined it and watched the TV Series first. Check it out anyway! You might really like it:) Let me know what you think!

My friend Cassie recommended Amy's etsy store to me. So I stared browsing (DANGEROUS!) Amy's store. She makes the CUTEST stuff ever! I LOVE PARAMORE!

I'm so super excited for their new album to come out Brand New Eyes. I love this song. The lyrics are great. It really describes ALOT of people and things going on right now for me.

1. The first thing that makes me happy is a nice bowl of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream:)

2. Another thing that makes me happy is my family. They drive me crazy, but at the end of the day they are the ones that I go home to and they make me happy:) Especially my Scottward:)

3. My creatures make me happy. I've had Aries since high school though and she is getting pretty old (She will be 14 in Dec). I'm really afraid to lose her, but I know she has led a good life. Nakai is a nutcase black lab:) Beau is just a big fat white kitty that thinks he is a dog. Blue is a bit standofish, but she can be affectionate. Emmett is a cute little grey kitty that just found us not that long ago:) I'll see if I can get some photos up of him soon.

4. Being outside with nature makes me really happy! I wish we lived by the ocean because I NEED water, but I'll do with lakes:)

5. Just being makes me happy. Knowing that I have the things that I have because I've worked hard for them and being grateful that I've accomplished the things that I have.

6. I wouldn't be a Crazy Twilight Whore (Famous words by my Friend Avalon) if I didn't mention that Twilight or anything related to Twilight makes me happy. I've met some AMAZING people because of this book and it is something to be happy about:)
